As a company principal with over 53 years of experience in the electrical industry, Rose provides future visions and oversight for the firm. She takes great pride in making Sierra Electric a truly exceptional place to work.

Larry Stadtner – Vice President and Principal

Larry oversees Sierra Electric's business development and sales efforts. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in business administration and with over 20 years of experience in the electrical field, Larry brings comprehensive knowledge to strengthening relationships through client advocacy. He is responsible for championing Sierra Electric’s capabilities in the Bay Area marketplace and directs the company’s strategic sales planning in an ever changing market place.

Matt Sullivan – General Manager of Operations

As the Sierra Electric voice in the market place, Matt is frequently called upon as an electrical authority. With over 26 years of electrical industry experience, Matt’s understanding of client needs and expectations has been instrumental in differentiating the firm and increasing client loyalty and growth.

PJ O’Connell – Senior Project Manager and Senior Estimator

PJ estimates and manages many of our large projects. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering and with over 35 years of electrical experience, he provides a comprehensive approach and professional project management to each project while maintaining a strong “safety first” focus.
